Ametista has been Prince for just five years now but, despite her young age, her control over her domain is absolute. The former Prince had organized Padova as if it were a great Camarilla domain, and her Neonate decided to leave things unchanged. With great consternation of the Primogens, the Toreador established a "democratic" form of government though. Once every two months, Villa Ametista opens its doors to all Cainites: on these occasions anyone, regardless of rank and age, is free to talk to the Prince and bring to her attention any problem or dispute. Padova had established in recent years good relationships with the Anarchs in Mestre, offering help against their common enemy - the Sabbat. Its policy isn't conquering the entire region by using force, but by convincing the other cities that it's in their best interest to become Padova's vassals. Right now, Padova is the favourite for the victory in The Dance of Puppets. But things might not be like they appear..........
RUMORS: Many notable Cainites in the city seem preparing to leave Padova very soon: no one knows why - after all, Padova is winning and Ametista is the most wise and kind Prince ever seen - but the oldest vampires seem eager to flee. On the contrary, Nosferatu population in the domain is increasing; also in this case, the reason for that is unknown.
