Openly managed by the Ministry, Lupo is the place to go if you want to do business that requires privacy and security. Almost hidden in the outskirts of Marghera, its facade is represented by a pub made from an old industrial warehouse, featuring poor lighting in addition to a counter and tables of rough wood: its appearence doesn't exactly encourage people to enter and is therefore notoriously frequented only by gangs and those who want to do business with them.
But then there are special customers - those who arrive only after sunset. For them a discreet trapdoor, hidden behind the counter, leads to a basement the Setites reserve for the exclusive use of vampires and their ghouls: soft lights, candles, colorful cushions, and low tables – it seems to arrive in another world. The waiters serving this wing of the Lupo are all part of the herd of the Serpents, and are available to guests for their every need: the vampires are openly invited to use them as best they like, but killing one - even just out of carelessness - is one of the best ways to be banned from the place for months or sometimes forever - a punishment that most of the Kindred in the area can't afford to suffer without seeing their business mined.
The Lupo is neutral territory, and the Serpents keep it that way: it's good for business. Occasional fights are tolerated but there's a “you break it, you repay it” policy and those who damage the property too much could see the door slammed in their face on their next visit.
