If Veleno is in charge of the night by night activities of the Anarch Movement in the area, Cobra Rosso is the spiritual leader of all the Anarchs. She was the one who took charge in the darkest days of the Movement in Veneto, when it was about to be wiped out by Sabbat packs and, together with Veleno, was the one who made Anarchs what they are today.
Despite being almost a legend among the Anarchs in Veneto, no one can say to really know her - except perhaps Veleno: she travels a lot, never joined a coterie, and no one seems to know where exactly she came from.
Her distaste for the Ministry is well known though, and she avoids Lupo d'Acciaio as much as she can.
